Suzanne has worked for two of the top insurance companies in the country. She provided marketing support, administrative support, and logistical operations support for the companies as she reported to several Vice Presidents. She was specifically responsible for layout/design & production of company brochures, ads, manuals, business forms, newsletters, budget reports, updating and renewing copyrights for recruiting materials, file maintenance, document organization, meeting minutes, creating reports and other systems as needed.
Suzanne is currently Executive Assistant for Concord Mall LP (Allied Properties), providing support for a privately-owned property management, development and leasing company which currently owns and manages over six million square feet of commercial retail space in Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland. She drafts tenant leases and other leasing documentation, assist legal department in various aspects of the leasing process, receive and reply to leasing inquiries, compile and create miscellaneous reports, spreadsheets, forms and plans for management, tenants.
